About

AmarHisab365 is a simple, private money diary for Bangladeshis at home and abroad. “Amar Hisab” means “my account” in Bangla, and “365” is every day of the year. Write down what you earn, spend, save and lend, in taka, dollars, euros or any of 150 currencies, and always know where you stand.

Our idea is small and clear: your money should be easy to understand, and your records should belong to you.

Why we built it

Many families manage money in more than one country and more than one currency: a salary abroad, a remittance home, a flat or land in Bangladesh, a loan to a relative. Notebooks and general spreadsheets make this hard. AmarHisab365 keeps every currency in its own vault, so taka and dollars never get mixed up, and it puts the whole picture on one screen.

Four simple pillars

• Income: salary, remittance, business profit, freelance and more.
• Spend: rent, groceries, bills and family expenses, paid now or on credit.
• Save: a Hajj fund, land or a flat, emergency money, with goals and target dates.
• Lend: who you lent to, who you owe, and every part payment.

What you can do

• Keep separate vaults for BDT, USD, EUR and 150 currencies in all, and move money between them.
• Track cash, bank and mobile banking accounts, each with its own balance.
• Read your ledger by day, week, month or year, and filter it by pillar, vault or account.
• Set budgets that warn you at 80% and again when you go over.
• Set saving goals and income goals and watch your progress.
• Get bill reminders, or let a bill add itself on its due date.
• Buy from a vendor on credit and pay later, in parts if you like.
• Use it in English or বাংলা, in light or dark mode.
• Keep recording without internet. Your entries sync when you are back online.
• Install it on your phone like an app, and sign in with a passkey for extra safety.

Your privacy comes first

Your entries stay in your own account. Other users cannot see them, and our admin panel does not show individual entries. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. The Privacy Policy explains everything in detail.

How the subscription works

New accounts may get free welcome days, and no card is needed. After that you continue with a license key: each key adds days to your account. Please buy keys only from the official seller or an authorized reseller listed in Help & Support.
